Kalinda recently completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali with House of Om, where she trained in both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Her classes offer a thoughtful blend of strength, fluid movement, and mindful awareness, creating space for both physical challenge and deep inner connection.
Alongside her studio teaching, Kalinda offers Yoga Nidra sessions in collaboration with Macmillan Cancer Support. This work has deepened her passion for the therapeutic and restorative benefits of yoga, and she hopes to continue weaving elements of Yoga Nidra and guided rest into her regular classes where appropriate. These snippets invite students to slow down, reset their nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of calm and clarity.
