Victoria Hager

Victoria Hager has been practicing yoga for over 25yrs and teaching for 9yrs. She has lived and taught in India, Egypt and Singapore, learning from extraordinary teachers and colleagues. Victoria is passionate about helping students find the mind/breath/body connection that is the core of yoga and weaves awareness, breathwork and anatomy into her classes. 

She is qualified and experienced in teaching Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal and Children’s yoga with specialisms in Beginners, Myofascial Release, Yoga Nidra and stress/anxiety management, while her cheeky sense of humour adds a touch of lightness to her classes. 

Her classes always end with a meditation and Savasana, anything from a simple 1min focus on the breath, to a full 30min Yoga Nidra. 

Victoria is committed to teaching classes for everybody and every body. Whatever your size, age, flexibility, ability or disability. Everybody is welcome.
