Having explored a wide range of styles—including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Hot 26, and Yin—she has developed a deep love for yoga as both a discipline and a way of life. She teaches Hatha, Flow, Yin, and Yoga Wheel, guiding her students through mindful movement, breath awareness, and the delicate balance between strength and stillness. Passionate about women’s health, Alexis places particular focus on supporting hormonal balance and mental well-being through her classes.
