In celebration of International Day of Yoga, join us for a special complimentary 90-minute Chakra Yin Flow & Pranayama experience designed to encourage the community to pause, reconnect, and cultivate inner balance through the healing practices of yoga and breathwork. Recognized globally each year on June 21, International Day of Yoga celebrates yoga’s profound ability to promote harmony between mind and body, foster well-being, and inspire greater peace and awareness within ourselves and our communities.

Slow down, soften, and journey inward with this deeply nourishing practice created to balance the body’s energy centers through stillness, mindful awareness, and conscious breath. This special 90-minute session will include 75 minutes of chakra-focused Yin Yoga followed by a 15 minutes calming closing pranayama practice to regulate the nervous system, deepen awareness, and leave you feeling grounded and restored.

Yin Yoga works deeply into the connective tissues, joints, and energetic pathways of the body, creating space for emotional release, nervous system restoration, and energetic realignment. Chakras — often described as spinning wheels of energy along the spine — influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When these centers become blocked or imbalanced, we may experience fatigue, tension, stress, or emotional stagnation. Through intentional pauses, breath awareness, and meditative stillness, this practice invites healing, clarity, and renewed energetic flow.

Session Includes:
• Chakra Yin Yoga practice
• Long-held yin postures targeting the seven chakras
• Guided visualization and mindful awareness
• Soft Beej mantra chanting
• Closing pranayama and breath regulation practice
• Deep relaxation and nervous system restoration

Benefits:
• Deep self-healing and nervous system regulation
• Chakra cleansing and energetic balance
• Enhanced emotional awareness and release
• Improved flexibility and joint mobility
• Inner calm, clarity, and subtle transformation
• Cultivation of meditative and higher yogic states
