Slow down, soften, and journey inward with our Chakra Yin Flow - a deeply nourishing practice designed to balance the body’s energy centers through stillness and mindful awareness. This class gently awakens and harmonizes the seven major chakras using long-held yin postures, subtle breathwork, guided visualization, and soft Beej mantra chanting.

Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues, joints, and energetic pathways of the body, allowing space for emotional release and energetic realignment. Chakras - often described as “spinning wheels” of energy along the spine - govern our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When these centers become blocked or imbalanced, we may experience fatigue, tension, or emotional stagnation. Through quiet exploration and intentional pauses, this practice invites balance, healing, and inner clarity.
