This is a 4 classes programme (Saturdays at 10am), which combines a simple and gentle flow, Yin postures, restorative sequences, breathwork, and deep relaxation techniques to help calm the nervous system, support the endocrine system, and bring harmony to body and mind. Each session is designed to be supportive, joyful, and full of smiles, creating a space to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate balance from within.
