Wheel Yoga is an energising and empowering practice that enhances spinal flexibility, strength, and heart-opening through the use of the yoga wheel. This class integrates traditional yoga postures with dynamic backbends, supported inversions, and focused breathwork to safely deepen your practice and build confidence. Using the wheel as a prop, you’ll explore poses such as Wheel-Assisted Camel, Bridge, and Reclined Heart Opener, alongside pranayama techniques like Ujjayi and Bhramari to centre the mind and energise the body.
