Rooted in the traditional practice of Hatha yoga, this class weaves mindful movement with long, intentional holds to cultivate both strength and surrender. Through a harmonious blend of physical postures, breath control, and meditation, you’ll be guided to balance effort and softness, deepen your connection with each asana, and find spaciousness and stillness within.
