A Journey Through Elemental Yoga, Spinal Renewal, and Inner Balance

Step into a space of restoration and re-connection with the Elemental Alignment: A Panch Tatva Retreat for Spinal Healing & Inner Harmony, where mindful movement meets the wisdom of the five elements. This half-day immersive retreat invites you to nurture your spine, align your body, and awaken your inner vitality through therapeutic yoga practices rooted in nature’s fundamental forces - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.

We begin the day with a powerful two-hour movement experience titled:

Root & Rise: Spinal Awakening with Rope & Barre

This unique session blends the precision of barre conditioning, the support of wall rope yoga, and targeted spinal healing techniques. Through guided sequences that focus on decompression, alignment, and core integration, you'll activate your deep stabilizers, release tension along the spine, and build strength from the ground up. With the assistance of props and the wall, you’ll safely explore greater range of motion while deeply nurturing your postural health. It’s a revitalizing start that sets the tone for the rest of the retreat.

Following this practice, enjoy a light and nourishing lunch from 1:00 to 1:30 PM - an opportunity to replenish and reset.

We then move into the highlight of the retreat:

Panch Tatva Yoga Workshop: Embodying the Five Elements

From 1:30 to 3:00 PM, dive into the rich, grounding tradition of Panch Tatva Yoga. This experiential workshop explores the five elemental energies - Earth (Prithvi), Water (Apas), Fire (Agni), Air (Vayu), and Ether (Akash) - through yoga postures, breathwork, and intentional movement sequences. Each element is embodied through specific qualities: grounding, fluidity, transformation, expansion, and stillness. You'll leave feeling balanced, energized, and deeply connected to both your inner self and the natural world.

  • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Root & Rise: Spinal Awakening with Rope & Barre

  • 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Light Lunch (provided)

  • 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Panch Tatva Yoga Workshop
