108 Surya Namaskar & Third Eye Meditation is a deeply invigorating and meditative experience designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. The class begins with 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) - a powerful sequence of yoga postures that build strength, flexibility, and endurance while synchronizing movement with breath. This rhythmic flow becomes a moving meditation, cultivating clarity, discipline, and inner calm.
The second part of the class transitions into a guided Third Eye Meditation. This practice focuses on activating the Ajna Chakra, or third eye, enhancing intuition, inner vision, and spiritual awareness. Through breathwork, visualization, and mindfulness, you’ll journey inward to deepen self-awareness and expand your consciousness.
