Federica is a dedicated yoga teacher specialising in Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, as well as prenatal and postnatal yoga. She is also a compassionate and attentive doula. Her training includes a 200-hour yoga teacher qualification and a specialised CPD in Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga. Committed to ongoing learning, Federica continually deepens her knowledge in both yoga and doula work to offer the highest level of care and support to her clients. Alongside her yoga expertise, she brings over 15 years of experience in karate and holds a 2nd Dan Black Belt, which enhances her appreciation of discipline and the mind-body connection within her teaching.
