We begin with Pranayama, or breathing exercises, to calm the mind and prepare the body for practice. Then, we transition into a series of classical Hatha yoga postures, including sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, and inversions. Each pose is held for several breaths to maximize its benefits. Throughout the class, meditation and relaxation techniques are incorporated to help you find inner peace and stillness.
